Bookings

Booking payment is required for all clients of £30 deposit of the treatment value for any booking over £20, this payment will be non refundable if less than 48hrs notice is not given for cancellation, bookings are re-bookable just once in case of notification 5 days before cancellation but are non refundable. We now require £30 deposit payment for any two hour or longer treatments at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellation policy we require at the least 48hrs notice to cancel an appointment with us. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48hrs notice then a full charge of 100% and deposit will be non refundable.
It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements then please inform us at the time of booking and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit. We ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues.
Arriving 15 minutes before your appointment will allow time for you to relax prior to treatment & for relevant paperwork to be completed. We can not guarantee the full treatment time if you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate as best we can however timings for subsequent clients will have to be maintained. Please give us 48 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. A fee will be charged for missed appointments based full price 100%.
Missed treatments will be deducted off courses. This includes missed sundeck sessions.
For clients who miss appointments or cancel last minutes will be charged for full payment upfront to secure your future bookings.

Let us know

If you are new to the salon for any eyelash / brow tinting or lash extensions you have let us know if you have any allergies or any medical issues. If you are an existing client and have tint regularly with us and NO medical changes have occurred then you don’t need to let us know if however your medical circumstances have changed then you must have to let us know 48hrs prior to your treatment.

Consent for Juniors

We require singed consent from a Parent/Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16 year olds.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the client if you choose to bring children with you whilst experiencing treatments to ensure their safety and well being and the relaxation and consideration of others around you in the salon.

Mobile Telephones

We strive to create a calming, tranquil ambiance, we kindly ask you to turn your mobile off or to silent whilst in the salon, not only to ensure your own relaxation but for others also.

Prices

Our prices may be subject to change without prior notice and are subject to VAT.

Smoking, Eating, Drinking

It is strictly forbidden 🚫 to smoke tobacco cigarettes or electronic cigarettes.
It is strictly forbidden 🚫 to eat in the salon or consume alcoholic beverages.

Rules

It is strictly forbidden 🚫 to bring pets or children as they do not understand waiting for you throughout the procedure and it is not safe without your supervision. The salon is not responsible for pets or children.
